- Research Operations: I operationalized our user research practices, processes, and norms for our program
- Caseflow: I have led the design and research for several high-impact features in collaboration with the Board of Veterans' Appeals
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts: I have served as the co-lead of our largest employee resource group, initiated and co-led an internal research effort to improve employee spaces, and co-led a series of discussions around race and tech
- The {In}Dependent Project: My graduate thesis focused on moving citizens to participate in public commenting to support dependent spouses
- ESSA Report Card Challenge: a 2-day challenge around visualizing report cards for the U.S. Dept of Education (we won "Best Overall Design"!)
- Mapping Intersectionality: visualizing Kimberlé Crenshaw's "Mapping the Margins"
